Hey guys, In 2013 I book a 2.1 bhk flat in rg group greater noida, they promised to give me possession in december 2016 and this is march 2018 I didn't get any possession, they make so much excuses then we ask for our money back but they tell us to wait and after more than 1 year we are waiting , there construction is also not progressing only the structure of the building is made.

Customer service- Pathetic customer service, they just make fake promises and lots of excuses. They call every customer for meeting and give them another date for possession. I am very dissapointed withere service.

Staff courtesy- Staff are ok but first of all we want our flat or our money back.

RG Residency is a nice project by RG group. Location of the project is also nice. Some key unique features of this project is that it's located at the most prime location of Noida. Luxurious, spacious and beautiful flats with all the modern amenities are available that we require for the best living.
