I have a very bad experience with Revanta. I booked a 2 bhk with Rewanta during 2015 but the work not yet started. I submitted surrender certificate twice for refund of my payment but they make me fool. I atlest visited 15-16 times to their office then they make a contract to refund my amount without interest and after deduction of membership charges in 10 equal instalments. FM Nov2019 to till date, I got 3 instalments but now they are not paying refund and not even picking my phones
