3RD CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE

totally bukwaas poject totally unprofessiona and disgusting people from sales executives to sales manager...i got call from person vanshika sachdev i clearly told her my budget is 77lakhs she sent me on price on watspp stating 2bhk cost is 66.45 onwards i went from ulhasnagar to dombivali spending 1 hour i reached the site they started with video presentations kept me waiting 30 mins then driver came and showed the actual flat there was no representative to show or explain the project then sales manager came and he kept me waiting for another 30 mins as he was busy with closing after wasting 3 hours i came to know they are sailing flats at 93 lacs. Instead of spending bigg amount on sales and marketing spend money on training your employees to deal with customers and solve their query. Dont waste anyone time after giving false commitment. I am happy i am not investing in your project because i can totally see that what kind of after sales service you will be providing the customer

I am a genuine buyer of Regency Sarvam project. Though the building was handed over to me 6 months from the promised date, I still accepted the delay thinking the flat will be properly finished and I will enjoy staying in the society.

However, the project is getting delayed indefinitely and also my flat is not properly completed. Lots of issues & snag areas are there which Sarvam is not completing in my flat.

I have spoken to their Sales Head Nilesh Kadam & Sales MAnasultanger Shankar Thakur and even sent them emails on this. However they are refusing to complete the pending work.

Now I see no other way to send them a legal notice so that they finish the pending work.

If anybody wants to see, I have pictures of all pending work as which I can share, if required.

Regency group provide flats to their customers on time and possesion letter too which is very difficult to recieve in nowadays.

Design of the rooms and availability of daily required things like proper supply of water, electricity, power backup system and as well as security like CCTVs camera 24* 7 are the prime concern of this group which is very good.

So overall it's the best place to invest in for our Dream Home without any hesitation.

Biggest housing society in Titwala. All flats are affordable. The project is very big and has a huge open space. Temple is also 3mins away.
