READ IT MUSTI am writing to share my deeply frustrating experience with Real Teach and Viank Group, which has been marred by unprofessionalism and poor service. I hope this review helps others avoid similar issues.
Our troubles began with the key representatives of the company, including Maisah, Deabsish, Ansuhamn Bera, and Chairman Shishir Gupta. Among them, Ansuhamn Bera was particularly problematic. His behavior was unacceptable for a professional setting. Here are the specific issues we faced with him:
Confrontational Attitude: Ansuhamn Bera was frequently confrontational during our interactions. Instead of addressing our concerns professionally, he often responded with aggression and hostility. This made resolving any issues incredibly difficult.
Use of Foul Language: On several occasions, Ansuhamn Bera used inappropriate and foul language when communicating with us. This level of disrespect was not only unprofessional but also deeply upsetting.
Dismissive Behavior: When we raised valid concerns about the property and the delays in completion, Ansuhamn Bera dismissed our complaints outright. His refusal to acknowledge or address our issues further compounded our frustration.
Threats and Intimidation: Rather than working towards a solution, Ansuhamn Bera resorted to making threats and using intimidation tactics. This included implied threats about our ability to take legal action or escalate issues, especially given our middle-class status.
Lack of Accountability: Ansuhamn Bera seemed to avoid taking responsibility for any of the problems we encountered. His evasive responses and reluctance to provide clear answers or solutions demonstrated a lack of accountability.
Unwillingness to Assist: Whenever we sought assistance or clarification on critical issues, such as the lack of essential amenities and the ongoing construction delays, Ansuhamn Bera was unhelpful and indifferent. His lack of willingness to support us was evident in every interaction.
Unprofessional Communication: The communication from Ansuhamn Bera was consistently unprofessional, which included frequent delays in responses and an overall lack of respect for our time and concerns.
In addition to these issues with Ansuhamn Bera, the overall experience with Real Teach and Viank Group was disappointing. Our flat, which was promised to be delivered by 2022, is still incomplete. We are dealing with unresolved issues like the absence of transformers, lifts, and stable electricity, while facing unreasonable electricity charges of ₹10 per unit.
Furthermore, the hidden charges imposed by the company add to the frustration. The company’s evasive and threatening behavior, coupled with the lack of effective redressal from RERA, makes this experience incredibly disheartening.
In conclusion, my experience with Real Teach and Viank Group has been extremely negative. I strongly advise against engaging with this company. Their lack of professionalism, transparency, and respect for their customers makes them a risky choice for any potential buyer.
