Rashmi Star City-not a good investment

Review on Rashmi Rashmis Star City, Naigaon East, Palghar

The above complex is in upcoming Naigaon east western suburb. Many people have made an investment in this complex, but are stuck. The interiors of the flats are shoddy work. Very small rooms which nobody will buy from you. The only plus point is that is facing the current main Road.(Roads have hardly come up in this area) Besides as can be seen for the adjacent picture, the outside coloring of the complex is appealing. But that's it. So whether you want to buy for self-use or want to invest for future sale, these flats won't be easily saleable. One has to compromise a lot if one is a user buyer. Besides for all residents of Naigaon east, the rickshaw service is erratic. Sharing rickshaw goes to only selected destinations and from their, the marathon starts.
