Ramky towers elite is one of the luxurious apartments I have seen so far, very well designed as per vasthu & ventilation from all sides and by having well designed amenity's & 24hrs security and power backup etc.

Very nice place to live and kids can have great play time here.

I am Sam, (Shamsunder) I have never thought that my dreams will come to reality, but Ramky pearl a project of Ramky estates made it possible. Initially I have a doubt of getting my own home in Hyderabad with my income by god grace my business is went very good and through ramky I approached axis bank for loan and god sanctioned very easily. Now I am very very happy with my family in my own home.

The best decision we made throughout this entire process was choosing Ramky serene woods over a year ago and we are very happy with our decision. My children are free to roam all day. The builder provided us with everything that was initially promised to us when we purchased the property. I would strongly suggest potential builders Ramky for those who are in search for new flat in Bangalore.

Ramky projects are developed with all amenities & creating high quality developments in which people want to live, work and play.

We are so happy with our house, it has truly become a home.

I am from Pune, came to Hyderabad 4 years back, and I am working for a MNC. I booked a flat in Ramky group in October. I would like to share my experience with Ramky Estates. In one sense when you go for a flat in any part of the city with the cost what you have paid them no other builder has ability to provide you. Being a customer of the first Ramky Pearl project, I really encourage you people to visit this project, it is truly nice as I heard!

Whatever they committed to the customer they are fulfilling very fast! And I believe that they always maintain these quality standards forward!

I was one of their earliest purchaser and am utterly disappointed. The location, concept, timing, promise and the whole idea was great, however even after 5 years of being on the project the developer is yet to deliver. Ramky is not a popular name going by its reputation of earlier residential projects in Hyderabad and Bangalore. There were immense hopes of proving that reputation wrong as Ramky was pinning great hopes of striking big based on this flagship project - Ramky Towers - they had ventured into.

Totally disconnected with reality, they seem to be using their political connections to come out unscathed in spite of total dis-satisfaction on most aspects. Just a simple chat with any of the existing residents will confirm this, their service, maintenance and reputation. One must check the popular apartment association portals like https://commonfloor.com, https://appartmentadda.com or https://apnacomplex.com to check the frustrations of the residents.

It wonders me why builders adopt such dubious methods when they can honestly deliver what they have charged and promised for and bask in the goodwill it earns them. This review is just a caution to all the prospects who are considering Ramky Towers and its future projects to be careful and ask them to write down in agreement on what they will deliver, how and the other rudiments of the proposal. Still better stay away from this builder as he is not reliable and such people must be shunned totally to get them to realize their high-handedness.
