I am one of the resident of Rajapushpa community in Hyderabad.

My experience with Rajapushpa is not that positive, they don’t take customers feedback seriously. It is to an extent that they are ready to compromise on Customers security. I have stayed in other places as well like Bangalore where builders were trying to solve the problem but here these are not ready to even understand the problem.

Suggestion to buyer: check other before putting your hard earned money

While buying a flat in Rajapushpa Provincia, they committed about one schedule of payment and changed the payment structure after initial payment. When we asked for it, they dared us to go to police and consumer court. Be careful about this project, the sales head Vinayak and sales person Sajid are very rude and pathetic people.

It's an awesome 5 star rated project with all the latest provied amenities, The club house of this project with added features in it are theatre, function halls, tennis n badminton court, swimming pool, children play area, gym, spa, squash court, etc., is the main highlight and every flat is dealt with 100% quality agendas, There are many other various facilities provided in the project which gives us enough reason to buy a flat in it

We went to see Rajapushpa Atria apartments and it got dark kids were hungry and we wanted to go back. The sales man kept insisting that in case you make up your mind please sign the application.

He didn't inform us of any negative or severe terms and said this is just an application. Kids were hungry and upon the sales person's insistence we signed the application quickly and headed back. The next day we went to see again and although we found it to be too far, but still because it was clean looking and the sales person kept pressing that someone else is also looking to book the same flat, so I transferred 3 lacs advance.

On visiting one more time we found it to be just too far for everyday commute.

When we asked them to cancel the booking, they refunded us after 5 months 2 lac out of 3 lacs.
