Not a good experience

Review on Rajapushpa Atria, Kokapet, Hyderabad

We went to see Rajapushpa Atria apartments and it got dark kids were hungry and we wanted to go back. The sales man kept insisting that in case you make up your mind please sign the application.

He didn't inform us of any negative or severe terms and said this is just an application. Kids were hungry and upon the sales person's insistence we signed the application quickly and headed back. The next day we went to see again and although we found it to be too far, but still because it was clean looking and the sales person kept pressing that someone else is also looking to book the same flat, so I transferred 3 lacs advance.

On visiting one more time we found it to be just too far for everyday commute.

When we asked them to cancel the booking, they refunded us after 5 months 2 lac out of 3 lacs.
