Stay away from that builder. We bought several apartments over 10 years ago. Endless delays and lies, constantly pushing out handover dates and pressuring making payments make this very likely the biggest scam in Bangalore. Poor management and owner being handsoff does not help either. Our apartments are still not completed after over 1 decade. Corporate fraud at its best.

I was a big fan of their projects and still am a fan. Butuntil I met the sales team where I understood that each transaction is based on how well you can negotiate and how much money you can pay upfront.

Though we wanted to book TE; we later found that same apartments were being offered at a reduced price to other customers.

My feedback.. Buy TE once the projects arecompleted instead of in the beginning. If you have money stay for rent rather than buying it as it works out cheaper and its hazzel free as the projects take 6 to 7 years to complete.
Developers renege on their brochure promises

There have been many cases where the developers have renege their promises to follow the brochure details pertaining to the charges that have been seen incurred on playgrounds and open areas. This is not formally accepted as per the government rules and needs to change.

The extent to which the cash has been used in transactions as a result of curbing act that does not allow usage of black money has lowered in the real estate sector. Hence the general attack on black money has had some impact.
Builders don’t prefer loan

As compared to taking construction loans for commercial purposes from the bank, many of the builders prefer to simply delay the project and possibly head towards cutting down on the labour resources. Since this seems to be a cheaper option for them. High interest rates is one of the problems the builders are actively facing.

They are really cheats. They show you attractive brouchers and plans, but when it comes to implemetation, nobody is doing anything about it. Be careful with them and do not waste your money until you see the approved documents and licenses.
