Currently I am going through a very bad experience with Shriram. I have booked 2 plots in Shriram rainforest paying 50K INR each and have clearly indicated that I need 100% refund if my lawyer comes up with litigations in the land and they have also confirmed in email that they will refund. My lawyer came back last week telling that the land is full of litigations, n no of cases are filed by original land owners/banks on Maniveers structures aka Jain heights. Now when I am asking my money, their sales manager Niraj srivatsav and CS Nirmala are avoiding my calls and there is no response from them. They are cheating me very clearly. But I have several evidence against them and will file a suit for sure. Wont let them go so easily and make them count every penny I had paid. My sincere request here to people is dont go with this land. Its full of problems. Please ping me if you need my lawyer report. Just dont go with Biappa approval or RERA approvals. They all work for these property owners in some way. It's been 1 month now and they are not even talking about my refund. Shriram proved to be very untrustworthy. Please dont believe Shriram properties. They will cheat you for sure like they are cheating me today. When I call them they say that it will take another 2 months for refund and I am sure they are playing with me. Please dont fall prey for Shriram.

It s the worst project. Rera has issued notice to understand not to register any sale deeds as there is no OC, No basic Amenities provided. Recently BBMP has put a Notice outside apartment informing public not to buy flats as the Builder and land owner do not have OC.

Not as a Buyer, But also as a Supplier, or a contractor, you will burn all your money if you even think of doing any business with them.

And lastly if you are looking for a job here, get ready to invest some money as forget salaries at least for 6 Months or so

Any reviews here more thn 1 are fake, they asks own ppl to have these. We have been suffering since 2014, all owners of earth shin project, they have taken all money and not delivered anything, we have been chasing and ppl at JH are just simple liers, No refunding not completing project, we just lost all money. Mr Kishore Jain got 10 firms as director and have been moving money around, now they are almost bankrupt, check financial reports online by small payment. Dont trust a word from them! feel free to contact me will give more information from all ppl who invested with them.

Good location, Nice architecture and Decent marketing and customer relations team.

The location is very good and has access to several amenities. The pollution levels are lower and is very calm. Lot of well know schools etc nearby.

There are quite some delays, but at the end of the day project is very good. They still need to provide amenities etc. Hopefully all of it will be delivered as promised!
