Nice contracter and nice dealing, centre of construction is very good and the location is nice in Gurugram.The colonies developed on sona road Gurugram are very nice and

appealable to me and the public in large.I have personally seen the project at sona road Gurugram and found very attractive.I appeal to the public that the projects of Raheja builders in Gurugram are worth to purchase.I found the dealing of the tema Raheja builders very appreciable and it will be a life time investment in the projects of Raheja builders and the coming generations will be happy that our four fathers have invested in a nice projects, nice builders having nice dealing.The payment options are acceptable to the public.It is a golden chance to invest in the projects of Raheja builders.

It is a very beautiful and nature friendly place and the building was well mentained.people who live here always have a fresh feel and live healty and with a lot of happiness I sure the eco friendly zone is here and the place is very beautiful also.i mentioned everybody to live this place because it was a very gentle nature with a lot of happiness.the mind can changed and always feel fresh.live life king size ctc ect.thats all and thank you very very much of all the readers and the peoples.

Hii friends, I was visit in the last month raheja Reflections enternity kandivali east mumbai.

It is wonderful place and all the facility are available in the flat.

1103 sq ft 2BHK 2T apartment in raheja universal reflection entering.

There 2, 3, 4 BHK apartment andheri to dasira

are available from 1103 sqft 1786 sqft.

In the apartment car parking is best, open sky parking available in the apartment

The apartment is near to the school and hospital.nandini hospital distance is 1.91 km.

School is distance 1.71 km bharatmata vidhyalay.

The price of the flat 2.10 cr.

Hai friends

Here I am going to share my experience about this builders. I stayed in this apartment for about one year. For me I am not satisfied at all.

The maintainance is very bad and not treating the customers in a good manner. They are mainly focusing on the customers money. Apart from this asking Rental they are doing nothing.

The surroundings and infrastructure is very polluted and not bothering about to clean it there. Even the staffs are also not helpful. When we called them for any emergency issues though they won't answer the call or don't give any response.

The product implementation rate is comparatively very much higher. That's what I am not satisfied with their services and I stopped staying there.

Hi to all my readers , right now I'm about to write my opinions about this construction company , which is located and mainly operates in Mumbai . I am a bit uncomfortable about the way the staffs of this company operates . The staff members have no experience at all , they just work by following their instinct , I've noticed that many times they work only on their hunch and ignore all the theocratical stuffs , which could prove to be very dangerous sometimes . So I think If the executive members take some extra care in training their staffs it would be benificial to both the company and the client.

Hello friends today I will share with you my experience with K Raheja Builders in mumbai. I and my family had a plot in bandra west and we wanted to construct a good and decent house there. We wanted to give that property on rent once the construction was over. Thus we chose to give the contract of the construction to K raheja builders.

CONSTRUCTION-

Well before the start of the construction they told us that it would take about 10 months for entire project to be complete. But however it tool about 1 year and 2 months, about 4 months extra.

WORK-

As far as there work was concerned they used very poor quality materials like cement bricks and plaster of paris ( pop) . We even objected against this but they denied it completely and did what they wanted to do.

COST-

The entire cost for the construction as told by them was 16 lakhs ( in INR) but there were a lot of verbal conflicts on this as the company started taking undue advantage and started asking for more and more money.

Conclusion-

I would not recommend this company to anyone, as they have a very bad attitude and they never see what you actually want.

K Raheja being a very big industry, very famous and well known in Mumbai lacks behind due to their behaviour towards the staff. Though their projects put up all over Mumbai are very good and large in number, Raheja's could be even more good if they were kind towards their staff. The Raheja staff is very kind and punctual in their work but the boss and other higher authorities are rude towards the staff members. They are very rarely kind towards their employees. According to my point of view Raheja's have got only money & attitude & that is why they are so well known. But the fact is money cannot buy u respect. People can be more respectful towards Raheja's if they would show kindness and respect towards outsiders & even their staff members. Having pots of money & still being selfish, full of attitude & rude will take you no where in life.

The building is a short walk from my uncle house a few years ago began forming Raheja. Which is now fully completed. It is surprising to me to see the building, it was a very quick and very high building is ready, which is very beautiful. The construction company is known customers with their work, because the service is very good. A great apartment at a lower price than very good it is too soon. The paperwork from the company to its customers flat while he is fully satisfied. All staff of the company are very mannered speaking with great love to them by their customers giving details of all the facilities, and they all help to give confidence. The company is also popular with good behavior by its staff. The K Raheja Builders is a trusted construction company in india.

I have seen many for Raheja's Buildings and Towers and they are different and unique from other builders.

They have made some unique design through which it catch many attention.

It make people to think to have a flat in that building, as they provide a spacious room with everything settled.

The interior is just awesome with great lightining effects and about the exterior part its always good.

They increases the city reputation and if you visit them they will ask politely and will provide you a better service.

The customer service is always on and give you good assistance in anything you need to know.

Interested property buyer must atleast visit and check thier buildings.

It is really amazing to see projects of K Raheja Builders and whenever I see those projects I always think to invest in their projects.K Raheja Builders is really a good builder and I have seen a lot of projects of K Raheja Builders . it is really hard to find some good and amazing builders like K Raheja Builders .There is a really amazing touch of their Architecture and can't be compared with other builders.

I have seen many builders work but whenever I see K Raheja Builders work I really got surprise from the way they built a buildings and the structure are so strong cannot be compared with the other works and it is really hard to think that there is sign of any kind of mistake they made.

Maintenance and staff are also good of K Raheja Builders. they really gives you the customer satisfaction after purchase of building or flats from this builder and they provide top most security security for your family and your house and your vehicles or any kind of property which is inside the premises of the Builder.

Many of new Builders don't even show their faces after selling their flats and Bungalows but they are are really good caretaker I always think about the consumers and after but feeling all the flats and Bungalows even then they really care about the people and they always ask the customer that is there any problem or can we help to make something better for a customer so I really like the way they treat their customer and how they give a perfect satisfaction which a person is thinking about.

Their work is awesome & infrastructure is one of the best which you cannot see in other builders project and I really think K Raheja Builders is the best builders in the construction workfiled.

I really recommend all my friends and family to look to the projects of K Raheja Builders because they are best in the segment and their work is best among all.Thanks a lot.

I live in malad east k raheja builders is famous over here as there is lot buildings built by him so in the raheja area where the building is there the interior of building is really poor and the building is also built besides lots of road shops which creates lots of chaos and noise pollution so people who wants to love in peace cannot get it in this raheja building so I don't like it

This is the bad construction I personally will not recommend it.i pleasing you go for the local builders they charge you less take up materials decided by you and not by themselves.but this construction group take up materials by themselves which is very higher prices and cheap quality materials.these builders construction group is not good for rendering customer services and they didnot take care for ours.

They usually take cement and sandcontract for higher prices but bricks contract can be decided by ourselves.at the calculation time of budget you can see that it got exceeded than the estimated expenditure.they usually mix high sand in propotionate to less cement which is very bad and has no stronger build.if any material is left they take it out and didnot return to us.thus I wobt recommend it to anyone
