Hi,

I am very disappointed after purchasing flat from Qualcon.

They never fulfill all your services. they wont provide any service after possession.

1. They promised us for 24X7 water facility and electricity, but in real they only give 1 or 2 borings for water, borings not sufficient for big society and in summer boring wont provide water so we need to adjust from outside tankers.

   
   




2. Not even provide DG if sometimes electricity goes we need to face all other issue like water wont transfer from ground tank to terrace tank so we cant get water in our flats.

   
   




3. They wont provide proper road.

   
   




4. Not Provide Lift Backup

   
   




5. Building get external wall cracks within year of new construction.

   
   




6. Not provide collector approved OC

   
   

Qualcon properties only looks good from outside. but inside there are multiple issues.

Builder could add any flat or Row-House in your society for land owner without showing in you project blueprint.

This happened in green meadows society.
