Living here since last 3 month, it was at located at sector 86 gurugram.

This is at 10km away from IMT Manesar

2 basic needs are not taken care of. Untreated Gutter water is supplied directly to flush tanks & there is no power back up. PFA the picture. Complaints are not looked into and tickets are closed without providing an answer or solution.

Electricity and water are by Generators and water tankers. Generator keeps tripping and damages electricity equipments, Toilet treated water stinks like a dead rat... seepage in almost every flat.. surroundings are full of garbage and builder material waste .. Security is close to NIL. No cameras...Pyramid is worst society to live in.. builder never reverts on emails.. and most expensive charge is maintenance @3.5 rs per sq ft... even after 6 months of possession registry of flat is not happening..

Beware investors. You should not invest your hard earned money with this cheap builder. They have customer care staff who behave like top management but deserve nothing more than a slap
Zero customer friendly

I don't found Pyramid as a customer friendly, they are charing interest on the late payment on the installments however project was overall delayed for more than one year. And there is no benefit to customer for late possession. While writing them to waive off the interest charges considering the Covid 19 situation, they are simply answering as No.

Also they are charging a huge amount approx (41000) as EEC whereas this is not applicable to affordable housing.

Highly unprofessional builder. I invested in their very first project( which is an opportunity for them to create a Brand and good word of mouth. They are treating the customers so badly.



  1. Their customer care never responds. Sometimes the way they talk is like "you do whatever, this is it."



  2. They will never respond to emails if you have any issue / complaint / concern raised to them.



  3. they have been charging unnecessary charges to the buyer. and we ask for under which law they are asking such huge money. they will go around in circles but not reply.



  4. They have delayed the project but they will not pay interest to buyers. but even if buyer delays the payment( even when bank refused to disburse the loan due to the project progress not being upto the mark); they will not waive of even 1 day interest.





so totally the builder is using affordable housing platform to loot the buyers. We 1600 buyers are together and we have filed complaints at various forums and will also go to court if necessary,

its a serious Advise, STAY AWAY FROM PYRAMID. There are many other better builders out there who are atleast transparent and nice to their customers.

Do not go through pyramid they are totally fraud. I am looking for refund of my hard earned amount. I have to file even case against builder.

Builder is unethical and even staff is not ready to answer the queries moreover they are not at all responding.
