Respected Sir,
A very big incident happened in my office at 5, Pushpanjali Grandeur Opp. Pushpanjali Seasons, Dayal Bagh, Agra-282005 today on 24.05.2022 at 1:30pm, when owner of Pushpanjali group, Mr. Puneet Agarwal S/O Mr. V.D. Agarwal asked my maid to open the main gate of Pushpanjali Grandeur with abusive language. After that my wife Shikha Agarwal went to the gate and again Mr. Puneet Agarwal abused her to open the main gate. We have three gates of Pushpanjali Grandeur so for security purpose as many female staff works in my office and that area is totally uninhabited as daily people used to do drinking and smoking openly. We use to keep the big gate close and remaining two small gates are always open. We have handed one of the keys of main gate to Pushpanjali group and other three keys are with the neighbors whose construction work is going on in Pushpanjali Grandeur premises.
When Mr. Puneet Agarwal abused my Wife, She got very frightened, nervous and called me on urgent basis. When I went outside, Mr. Puneet Agarwal also starting abusing me, and he was with his bouncer and one of their marketing person Mr. Awdesh entered the premises violently and started shouting and misbehaving with my office girls.
When I asked Mr. Puneet Agarwal the reason for the abusive language and violence, he threatened to kill me and started slapping me. Needless to mention that many cases of forgery, extortion and unnecessary land grabbing has been reported on FIR in different Police Station of Agra and NCR against Mr. Puneet Agarwal.
He being a big name in Agra, I am very much tensed, horrified, and nervous about me, my family and my female employees. The entire incident has been captured in CCTV and all my employees are eye witness of this violence and threatening.
The application of this incident has been given to S.O. Mr. Singh of New Agra Police Station and he has ordered enquiry on this issue to Mr. Harish Kumar Sharma Inspector of the New Agra Police Station.
Therefore I am requesting New Agra Police Station, Administration, and News Channel to support me against this injustice which is openly taking place in Agra by renowned and big builders of Agra.
