Don't choose Purvankara, the maintenance is worst. They use cheap quality in things, I never saw door ways coming out.. 1st time I saw that in Purva highlands. They sell same parking to 2 owners when we ask them to resolve the issue, it's been 2 years I don't have resolution for that. Security is worst, rude behaviour. Donwast your money in investing in Purva highlands same for park hill

I have take a B block 204 flat no., first this is very old apartment with poor quality with not worth it high rent, second some owner's like mine are too much greedy & shameless always want to deduct all your security money, by providing all poor quality things like kitchen shelf, wardrobe, tap, lights, fans and all. If any one like it then always go for unfurnished apartment and chech properly that tap light furniture are new, cleaned or paint or not if any damage noticed then immeditely share the pic with owner & tell him I am not going to pay single penny for your damaged & old things at the time of vacant. Maintanence staffs are completly greedy if not pay them bribe they will not come to your flat to work & society don't alow outside workers always. All in short just split on this flat owner and this apartment socitey & go to other & new options. Also the flat owner's don't want to interact with tenants.

Excluding his profit he is quoting double the normal price.

( As i had little experience in construction field i calculated the actual price of the apartment).

In return he is providing amenities.

Instead of paying double amount just to enjoy amenities.

This is almost at edge of the city.

We can buy a bigger apartment in centre of city itself.

Purva Highlands Off Kanakapura is one of the worst property in Bangalore, there is no benefit of beside NICE road but you have to bear the Pollution highest level at extreme both Noise and Air Pollution. When you want to enter NICE road either go to Mysore Road or Electronic City/Hosur Road you have to drive 7 KMs but apartment is just besie NICE road. Vehicle going very high speed here due to that heavy dust come inside home and also the noise. If there is any tools to measure air and noise pollution then this apartment will be highest in Bangalore.

Most of the 4 and 5 rating in property sites either from builders team or agents.

Adding further:

There are lot of issues once you reside this apartment, there is no place for children to play, lot's of flee market in between L & M blocks and they play load music so much disturbance to residence by useless MC team. Apartment is not sound proof at all, lots of noise from NICE road, in summer also you cannot open doors and windows because dust and noise. Cleanliness is also horrible, lot's of plumbing issues, toilet flush lots of issue, every 2 to 3 months we have to spend 3K to 5K for repair work and plumbers working in community from maintenance department is unskilled, they'll ask you to change tap/spindle even small drop of waters. Security team useless and lots of security man in apartment which no use, builders given boom barrier to entry/exit which never use and apart from that once MC team put another boom barrier which not used a single day. lot's money for maintenance of security, waters and maintenance and house keeping.

Hello Elita, today was a very tragic day your society. Worst security management and all securities are rowdys practicing rowdism. Infact a security tried to snatch my phone from me and push me on my should using bad words in Hindi!!!! This is worst, disgusting people inside.

The security Hashim, i donno his name but i have taken video of him and his face. There are cameras in the society you can check.

I came to pick up my mom from the society!! I had parked in unknown parking so the security came and pretty rudely said "oi, edhar se hata re" i was like excuse me. I don't speak Hindi!!

Oi nikal re edhar se !!!! He said again. I told him I will park that side but I'm not ok with your language!!! He said something all i understood was he was arrogant rude, disrespectful and rowdy!!!!! I asked for manager he didn't bring he brought his friend who is a security supervisor. They both are good friends so you get the picture what happened later on.

@elitamanagement @elitateam @puravankara @facilitymanager please request you to take care these rowdism behaviours!!!! Very unsafe place. Your securities are not rowdies they are securities who are there to inform the rules and gaurd the gate!!!!!! I will never ever ever invest in elita, crappy place!!! I'll make sure all my friends families and well wishers will never ever ever invest in elita in our life's. #rowdisminelita

Recently, I was looking for an apartment that is location at a good location in Bangalore and then I came across Purva Zenium. The property is in construction mode and we are happy with the speed of construction of the apartments. The team showed us the property through the virtual tour and we loved the lush greenery around amidst which lies the apartments.

I bought an apartment here in Purva Zenium as it is near to the International airport in Bangalore and I am a frequent flyer for my business purposes. Not just the property is near to the international airport but also is in close proximity to other places such as popular malls, schools, and other elements of the city. The lush greenery and the amenities are another crucial elements that makes this property a hit for me.

It's waste of investing in Puravankara, I invested in Zenium because of their miscommunication on loan decided to cancel the deal with one lakh rupee of penalty since six months I am struggling to get back my refund of Rs. 4 Lakh looks all are dead there is no indication of getting back my money

Horrible buying experience. Having paid over 1.5Cr for 2 ready to move in homes, have been waiting for over 5 months for the possession.

On top of that, we are expected to take possession with broken tiles, broken doors, dirty floor and walls to name just a few. Is that what a new house possesion should be?

Dont not fall for their sales team, the handover team doing the work, the CRM team and everyone involved are absolutely no help and offer no solution.

Do not throw your money down the drain.

Abhilasha Rai called us 20 times in 6 hrs on 23 oct ad on 24 october we wanted to visit this property. madam told there is one security lady who wil show us model house cox all the staff is gone to some other project. she thinks ppl are fool here. latter she debied she said she had tol tere would be no one in the property. mdam if there will be no one then why the hell you sent cab? plzz dont go to this property its bad, no ethics

I had booked a flat in Purva Highlands on 3rd May online by paying Rs 5, 00, 000/- as booking amount for holding special Covid price, which they promised to return if we don't like the flat. This was advertised also. In July first week after to Bengaluru from Hyderabad, I visited the place, as I didn't like the flat, I decided to cancel the booking and I conveyed the same. Initially Purva CRM told me it will take 15 days to return the booking amount, after that they told 1month, now it is morethan 2 months, they have not returned booking amount. Now their CRM says, they will return only after the flat is sold!. They are now not even answering the phone. Careful in dealing with these builders. They never stick to what they promise.

Are you guys kidding me?

I am currently at my parents place but been seeing emails from the Owners Group where the association is insisting on Physical elections where owners would have to go in person and vote for the new association reps! Is this Safe? I think the Association should put more effort in handling real issues than spend money on PR to just get their names posted in some news.

Do not play around with people''s health for sake of holding on to your seats. Please take Covid 19 seriously and do not risk the lives of residents just so you can hold on to your association seats. If that is the reason then you can just tell us all and we would be happy to let you guys get some sort of an extension to remain in your posts within the society. But kindly do not enforce rules which will hurt us.
