Recently moved in from a different state to Bangalore and did house searching for close to 2 years before decided to invest on Purva Palm Beach. definetly great amenities in plan, little expensive but agreed to invest considering the amenities and proximity to schools and offices.
Day 1 of my Booking: It was red carpet welcome to me. There were multiple sales person trying to get the unit sold. I gave the booking amount cheque to them. They said without 2 days, I will get a call from Purva CRM and they will welcome you to Purva family and will take over.
Day 10 of my Booking: I got a call from Purva number saying I need to make payment for 85% since it is ready to move in. Thats how I got welcomed to this family. After me explaining them I never got a call, they said, it is 1300 customers so they might have missed. CRM person was very casual and conversed with me like a Government office in India.
Day 15 of my Booking: I wanted to visit my flat so that Interior person can take measurement. They said till registration is over, they wont allow anyone.
Day 20 of my Booking: I sent a mail asking for few questions like when we will have EB connection, When I get EB meter, When A Khatha Transfer will happen, When I will get Car Park. A standard reply from them is we will get back to you.
Day 30 of my booking: By this I got added to owners group and got to know about many problems, unfulfilled promises, hiked infra charges and much more.
I am a very positive person and liked to solve many problems. We can work among owners and solve many problems. But CRM team has to be cooperative. They are very rude, never answer to the qn and makes us run from pillar to post. I have made lot of real estate investment across and never came across such cheap behaviors. Till you pay booking amount, you are the king after that you are at their mercy.
