The money spent here is not used properly and to get our unit registered is like mental tortue! We kept begging their customer service to do it but they never give us a proper reply! I am so frustrated! I invested in a wrong property and would not want anyone else to do so!
Transportation is a problem.

The area in which this property is built is no good at all and you will have to travel for miles to get some good transportation and that is a huge problem here.

Not fit for the rains.

This place is a terror to live in the rains. Water seeps in through the roofs and there are leakages all around.

There are cracks in the ceiling and the fittings are also a problem. We did not expect this from such renowned builders.

So as to get the agreement done, the builders have been very poised in asking the buyers to avail for there attractive deals signed. It is however after the period when the flat is ready are the buyers not handed over the completion certificate and access to basic amenities

Nobody takes care of the hygiene of this place. There are rats all around the place and this is quite problem causing.

There are many builders who do not mention in their legal documents about the corpus fund that has been collected from few buyers as it was agreed rightfully in the agreement. When asked he says its not collected as a separate amount an this is not applicable.

The materials used for construction are not of good quality and when we moved to the house we were very happy because the place looks so good, but now we know that this place has so many problems like leakage and water problems and cracks in the ceiling!
