I have been into this prestige group. this builder follow extremely high level of security. I am going to share my story, One day I was in prestige Truncal City properties which is located at old madras road bangalore, . When I went their their is a security women gard I ask that I have go to inside she didn;t allow me . she said that please provide me all the details where you want to go exactly so that I an allow you. then I encern person from prestige then I went to the campus. Really nice management by prestige I will recommend to family to be live with this kind of builder premises.

Frustrating that I've been reminding close to a year now to validate the excess TDS payments made, no one bothers to respond. Mind you, I have shared my data to make it easy on them! Statements of other people are sent to me, when I seek mine. Even when you escalate, none of the seniors respond. However, payment reminders are prompt. Cell numbers given are never picked up before 10 m or after 5 pm.

Yet, you pay a premium! Is this supposed to be one of the best brand of builders?

They are selling one bhk at 32 lakes it is good news getting 1bhk at 32 lakes is a nice plan and the infrastructure is also great the sealing and all the interiors is also good my fav is son of the south which will be finished in 2019.

I used to be the proprietor of status Wellington Park, now not bcas I decided to sell it bcas of its poor great of construction, terrible end, chipped tiles, choppy ground and uneven finishing of wall paint. Even though ppl stroll in their houses ppl get disturbed in the lower apt. I have never seen this before. Overall I might never recommendation anybody to shop for a status assets. I had but 2bhk in bangalore from big brand name Prestige.They are big only in name.They care about money only.They always trying to catch money from customer but making delay in project.They are not completing project at time given you.If you are buying property from Prestige then there is 100% delay in your construction, and you had to wait for your dream home.They triy to complete more than one project at one time, and can not complete single project They are very costly.There project are very costly in bangalore.They had very bad customer service.They did not receive call quickly.When I get my home I found door are made up of bad materials.I had really bad experience with Prestige constructions.
