Prestige is quality builder but their lately handover making customers in financial trouble.

This project is nice location and schools nearby but still after 5 months delay they dont have a date when it will be registered. Work is going on slowly with less manpower.

Customer care never responds with a proper detail.

Also there is Big moree - naalaa flowing nearby, causing bad odour and smell inside full premises. hope they cover it so that germs/virus/diseases keep away when customers comes in.

Overall great project, only moree to cover and handover soon.

Don't go with the name, this is one of the lousiest team of sales and CRM.

You give them requests, Instructions, they agree to understand everything and at the end you will surprised to know that they did what you have asked them not to do.frustrating!

From the beginning I am suffering from this unprofessional team which cares for nothing.I am an existing customer but extremely disappointed and regret for my decision to choose investing with them. Hopeless!

What they show and what they deliver totally different and only designs are good but construction methods and materials are pathetic, customer service totally lost, lots of arrogance, for everything they tell we are prestige but never care customer sentiments

Challenges even with tier 1 builder

I bought a flat at Prestige 5 years ago. Still waiting for delivery.

The buyer group have been having meetings for 2 years but Builder is not honoring the agreement.

Most of the real estate agreements are written in favor of builders. It is very difficult to prove anything in courts. Buying a house, when housing price have been hitting the limits of buyers affordability, does not make a whole lot of sense.

Impressed with the caption "Add Prestige to life" I bought a flat in Prestige Misty Waters. It can't be termed pas prime builders. Very inferior quality of construction, poor response to post position issues. By and large No Value for Money.  I don't recommend to buy from Prestige.

I would like to share reviews on the constructions that is being doing in Bangalore in all suitable formats. They follow the quality standards that suits the customer accordingly.

Recently I visited the prestige group that has plan going on in Varthur road Bangalore. The view of that building wow awesome, when u start visiting near and near u feel the look of that building.

For that u should lift complete Ur head to watch this building .

This project was recently sanctioned where it has an total of 4 blocks with floor of 13 floors on each

and it has a nearly around 500+ houses . This looks like that Ur staying a small city because they provide the best amenities in the building like swimming pool, gym, kids park, party hall and etc etc.

There is no need to step outside the building to buy any kind of food items as they are doing an complex where u get all items available.

When u comes to interior of the building it has plan of well adopted lift facility.

And considerably the rooms no word is sufficient to describe because they are the top of all others builders in Bangalore.

Like u get the option to choose 2/3/4 BHK based on the budget we have . While when I saw other prestige constructed buildings they have an class rooms . The interior of them are extremely trending

And they build and give based on the design we tell .'

And also they have good customer service . Based on this only we thought to visit the building.

And also there are so caring.I strongly recommend to go with this group. Though the price may be to high nut it is no less to that of bungalow.

I am recent home purchaser from Prestige group. I was not satisfied with every component of my interplay with them. Prestige done with government for granted environment clearance. The building they are developing are truly main situated in the prime area. Prestige group constructed Apartments and indutual homes.

Prestige is company that which fully un satisfied of customers. I know the company's staffs and employees the all hard workers but they finish the project in shedule out time with poor quality. They are all communicate with their clients and contractor without manner.

Its wings are spread across malls and hospitality also in addition to the above mentioned area. It has a more customer service in terms of maintanance of properties once they are how handed over and always on time it comes to deliver on schdule period.?

Other than this the esteem developments are building two sumptuous private undertakings with more than 88 cities .?

So I compassional asking for the gathering to include more prestigious structure like this for making as the high rise capital of our area. I dont want to choose again PRESTIGE GROUP.!

This company started in 1986 in bangalore. Under its name some of the finest residential and commerical projects starting from UB City to Shantiniketan. They are good in customer satisfaction, Once you hand over they will be completing ontime when it comes to delivery. Also maintaining the good customer service as well.

Overall I can say this is the finest construction company in india.

We had booked a flat at Prestige Lake Ridge. Due to personal problems we cancelled the booking. When we booked a flat, sales representative was very cooperative and he gave us the impression that they are customer oriented company. After we cancelled, they said they will with old 2% of the sale value as per the booking terms and conditions and return the balance booking amount paid within 3months days. Now even after 3 and half months they haven't returned the refund.

I bought a flat in Prestige Ferns Residency in year 2013, with the promised delivery month of July-2016 with the grace period of 6 months.

Now, it's Aug-2017, the bank(from where I took loan) are behind me for the delay in registration of property which may lead to penalty. Insanely, I keep on calling Prestige CRM, and most times the calls are ignored. It's also hard to get response on the email. If by luck, they pick the call, the reason they say  is LABOUR ISSUES. And, they are not ready to compensate the delay, when asked they blame government.

Don't put your hard earned money on Prestige Projects.

They are not going to compensate the delay, and blame government for it.

After they get all your money, they delay the delivery of your flat saying there is a shortage of labour,

If you feel this review is fake, and want to invest on Prestige Project, then before that please come to Prestige Ferns Residency Bengaluru, and talk to any flat owner. If you get at-least 3 recommendations out of 1300 owners, please go for Prestige.

I'm a recent purchaser of a status rental. I was satisified with every component of my interplay with them, till their undertaking became delayed. Prestige Makes Fake Promises Horrible Services

Prestige Construction has become horrible now, I bought one property in their Prestige Fern Residency and They delayed possession by 1 year. Funny part is that when you send email for compensation they do not even reply but they are asking customer to pay some additional money close to 50000/-, which was not mentioned anywhere in the agreement while buying the flat.

They have interstate vat, which non builder charges unless they have communicated. They only reply to emails when they want to get money from flat owners that to Money which was not mentioned in any document and they are forcing flat owner to pay to do registration. Most importantly, they are compromising on many safety majors also which is even not expected by small builders also.

Some areas after so many complaints also there is no fencing so dogs keep coming and some area there is not boundary wall also even after complaining  also they are not doing anything. It is horrible experience with Prestige Constructions  which all  flat owners experienced.

I have had several occasions to visit prestige constructions site and found that the open space provided is too large and have very good amenities compared to sobha or brigade(of their levels). the quality of construction is also been at good levels.'without doubt it is best in bangalore.

Prestige shantiniketan in whitefield is the best example. However, the rentals compared to other equally good builders is less by 2000-3000 for a 3BHK as a result, people have doubts on its quality. But nothing to fear, it is the locations also which matter.

Hi guys today iam going share my experience with prestige builder and developers . iam staying in Bangalore, and my friend wanna take home in prestige group, we seen that they will charge much and their materiel also very expensive, how ever it is we paid the money, after that they given 1 year time to build a room in apartment .

We waited for 1 year but still it didn't completed . when ever we ask about completing the work they wont give any proper response . My friend wanna take money back and he wanna invest some where else . in that process we went to ask them but they told that they wont give money back . then too we waited for 6 months still its not done . after some it was completed . guess what we are so happy with that what they just build for us. its was too late to construct but at the we are so happy . may its costly but were satisfied about their work .

I went to neo-town in Electronic City to evaluate GM Infinity project for the investment purpose. I found GM to be highly unprofessional and changed their statements number of times within one day.

While coming back from GM Infinity office, I saw Prestige Sunrise Park, and thought to speak with them about the project. Where I met Their sales person, Mr Syed.

I found the interaction to be very professional, transparent and clear cut. Negotiation on pricing was possible and found their pricing to be be apt to the market. Prestige group employees are proud of their company and working environment. This is good sign that same satisfaction is guaranteed for their customers as well.

I always believed that newly launched projects carries risks. While projects near completion to be the best best, as most of their legal/economic hurdles are over by then.

Their payment and billing process is also very transparent and professional. Very cooperative to queries I raised, help in paper work for the loan and extending the billing dates requests whenever I requested with reason.

I think I made a good decision to book an apartment in Prestige Sunrise Park - Norwood block.
