Biggest mistake of my life is buying a property.

This is my consumer rights.

Please read entire review to take a decision cuz buying a Home is everyone dream & it get Very special when it is our 1st own house. i purchased a property from Pratham infra in lockdown in 2020 located in Karanjade. Everything they promised was never done by them. They told possession in 2021 but gave in 2022. I am leaving in my flat but still there is no water connection done we have to take water by ourselves From building's bedside us can u imagine? Builder and his staff is not even bothered to take any action. Cab u imagine oc received but still we have to struggle for important need like water we have ladies where will they go? They are not bothered. He reads my msg but no replies. Life is non operational my Father and grandparents can't work by their own I can't even take them in my home cuz lift is shut once I picked them up in my arms till my floor. I am so fed up with telling them. I still approached them with whole respect but on my face they are ignoring everything.I am writing this review after being struggling for over 2 years now. I have never come across such people in my life i regret.

I will give pointers.

Builder name - Narendra Vedak - never trust his words.

The building in which I bought a flat is still had lots of work to be done.

There was a time when we had to purchase water for living. Staff names - Mr Amol Dhangar he is the main culprit the man with no dignity he will ly on your face no matter what. I am there customer but they are not even take any of our word serious. Unfortunately people with me are not courageous they depend on me to take actions they are ready to suffer.

1- Very Poor quality work.

2 - Very pathetic quality material.

3- Pathetic staff ( people who are involved)

4- They are so shameless to ask for money even if lot's of work is pending still i trusted and did 100 % aishwaryasingh23ment.

5- When I say please do the pending work there answers are - We are not in profits in your project.

6- i am not getting any options to add multiple photos or else I will show every proof.
