Prateek grand city tower lobby and common area

Review on Prateek Grand City, Pratap Vihar, Ghaziabad

All Tower lobby and common area on each floor are in worst condition, painting not done properly , cements coming out from wall, ceiling lights not placed and every where wires hanging from cieling area. Fire Shaft doors are not fitted yet , overall common lobby and reception area are in worst condition , even DDA LIG flats would look better then this if you roam around inside towers. Lift area not sure what kind of stone used looks very bad.
