Prateek is a Builder who has worst management and sales team. Sales team will promise for 5 star property and management will give you Awas Vikas type flats. If you make purchase from them consider that you will get just a structure. No promises will be met but you will have to pay for 5 star property as promised by sales team.


There is no place for negative stars so I have given one star. Prateek Builder and their entire team does not deserve even one star.
