The CRM at Prateek is epitome of customer harassment. They do it after taking the full payment. Before payment they behave very well. After having paid 100% of the amount the Prateek CRM people kept harassing me on one pretext or the other. Now my money is stuck as they are not giving me possession after 100% payment done more than 2 months ago. The bureaucracy is so bad, the customer experience is pathetic. I will never ever deal with this Company and will strongly advise people against dealing with such crooks. NEVER EVER BUY PROPERTY FROM PRATEEK.
