Greedy money thirsty crooks - Prateek builders

I wish I could choose NO STAR option.

Unethical and unprofessional Group of builders. They are money thirsty crooks. They have hired people to write good reviews here. I am one of their actual customers who knows the truth… They gave us a possession date of early 2019 and until last month(Jan 2022) the flat is just four walls and a main door. No windows, No plumbing, No electricity, no flooring - NOTHING.

It is just bare bones.

They have taken each penny of all payments, registration, possession amount+ some additional Amount(which was never discussed or disclosed before) still not giving possession.

Their staff or CRM department never receives your call and emails are just for namesake, this group never responds to any email/calls.

You will keep running from here and there but nobody will care. Ready to move flats will also take around 8-10months to get delivered.

I am one of the flat buyers and will myself not recommend you guys to purchase any flat from them.

All positive reviews here are BS and paid, I bet.
