We have booked a villa in the above project in 2012 and we have not got the possession of our villa till date. There are quite a few people who are still waiting for the possession.

They said that we would have to forfeit the advance if we did not agree to their demands at the time of possession.

They did not make the project as per the plans and this caused us a lot of problems because we had to pay the extra charges and they did not even consult us before doing so.

There are some legal issues with this project because a floor has been constructed illegally and that is causing us many problems for not fault of ours.

I wanted to have a small gathering at the terrace for my mother's birthday, but these people do not let us get access to the common areas and it is horrible because everyone should have equal rights to the common areas, right?

Fixing a property online may seem very hideous when the buyers credibility is the matter of consideration. Besides there are a number of infamous and unorganised portals that take away the authentic interest that a buyer has pertaining to enquiring about the flat prices online.

During the time of possession, they make such unreasonable demands , it is not fair.

We have no idea what is going on. We made the booking a long time ago, yet nothing is being done to ensure that we get the house.

There has been a lack of proper co-ordination between the private players ruling the real estate and the public partners who are wining to own the private land in any form ranging from buying, investing, renting or flat leasing.

I have booked a flat in T15 in 2012. They promised to complete the project by Sep 2014. As of today i.e on July 2016, there are no signs of completion.

In the contract they mentioned to pay the penalty every month for the delay. But when I approached them on the same, they are saying that they will adjust during handover. They give all stupid reasons for the project delay like the real estate market is bad and the flats are not selling. If they are not able to sell their flats why are they starting other phases next to Prajay Megapolis? They are just playing with customers like me which will hurt them in the long run.

My money is stuck up here and I'm repenting for my investment. I'm very sad to see builders like Prajay in Hyderabad

I had been to my native place for visiting all my friends and family. some of close relatives were finding a new place to shift.they were finding new projects that were coming up in my future.That is the time we heard of this project Prajay Megapolis!

The location of the project was such that we were attracted to it and were keen to find out by our self.it is located in kukatpally and very near to the station of hi-tec  city and there is a new flyover coming up which would give access to main roads to connect faster and the airport is also near compared to the ones who stay in the center of the city.the surroundings are quite good.It offers a 2 BHK, 3 BHK, 4 BHK and so on.and they are all balcony flats.

The project was consisting of 22 blocks, 22 acres of land, and the best part was it is 33% open that is it had open area and no huge buildings surrounding it.

The amenities that were offering are clubhouse and huge playgrounds for kids, parking, gymnasium, swimming pool and power backup all the time.

Overall we liked the project and finally invested in it.The kids loved the amenities and they are just waiting eagerly to move in the new house as soon it is released to stay.Prajay has many upcoming projects .i find them interesting too but the budget is also to be taken care.

we booked a 3 BHK flat and it fits in our budget and really looking forward for a happy stay there!
