Poor Quality of construction

Review on Poddar Samruddhi Evergreens, Badlapur East, Thane

I have own room in Poddar samruddhi Evergreen. Completely negative review on construction and service, Maintenance.

• During possession room is not ready then also shown possession letter early date and taken 4 month extra maintenance. Customer care Peoples are lie too much.

-After one year of handover leakage issue started. I am following to customer care for leakage issue last 2 years still issue pending. Answer is during summer season issue will take up in rainy season and if ask in rainy season they will answer issue will take up in summer season.

• Be careful deal with poddar builder, I will suggest do not purchase here property.
