As per the governments rule, All permissions should be attained before a sale is to be taken and the permit number should be shown in their website and project. But this is not the case and for many of the builders out there who try to dismiss the permit number should be fined.

When the possession was delayed by 1 year, we thought that it must be due to some problem that they were facing in construction but now has been years and we don’t know what to do.

There are no standard mechanisms in place that will help to determine the relevant standard rates that the developer pays in terms of construction material and manpower. In addition to this, there is no proper system to determine extra costs charged.

The property is not made with good quality ingredients and when we complain to the management that we were not promised this; they say that they are not accountable for what the sales person says!

Social infrastructure lags behind in terms of proper construction that needs to be taken care of by providing adequate raod facilities, proper connectivity, good transport facilitation, good food services, proper grocery and emergency services if need be.

They keep showing us the important papers in installments and they have not shown us the society registration documents even though we kept asking them time and again. I am done dealing with these people.
