They can go to any extent to sell the property. They have no qualms about telling lies and will deny that they said that those amenities and facilities will be available.
There is no electricity and water supply here.

Power supply issue is a rising concern in the vicinity since the power supply is very dramatic throughout the day and the next situation turns out to be power cut off due to excessive usage in the day time especially during festive times which is a big problem.

These builders are making us wait since ages for possession! We have lost any hope that they will give us our flat now! Obviously they have no intention of doing so because no one replies to our emails or answers our calls!

You do not get any freedom to do productive activities at your own house here. They will ask you for a share of money if you want to take tutions or organize any other event.
