This place is not a central location for many of the popular services. Catering to malls and other provisional services is something this place lacks at. The place also lacks greenery. Other facilities then become distant to people living nearby.

It has been years since we booked the property and they have 90% of our money but it does not seem likely that they will start building it soon.

There are many developers with whom the financial payments are not taken care of in a timely basis and this is one of the reasons there is minimal degree of safety regarding timely payment of financial obligations for the funds or sanctions that the developers are responsible for.

There is no hope for possession of the flats that we booked and it has been 3 long years. I request people not to book a flat with them and urge people who have booked a flat to come together and fight so that we can take legal action against them.

A lot of fuss has been caused which can be factored in by the corruptions that goes around as a process of seeking approvals from the government before actually working on a project. This somehow leads to creating a poor impression for the customers that are actively involved.

Their projects are delayed and there is no feedback and no personal discussion after selling the flat! They also have the politicans and police under their control because of which we do not know if we can file a legal case against them or not?

Today i wanna give you the review about Phoenix Group -Hyderabad. One of the best construction group of hyderabad and has numerous leading projects in Hyderabad and also in various parts of india . I worked as a trainee engg for phoenix group hyderabad at filmnagar . The project i worked on was hyderabad's first complete steel residential structure named HALCYON and it was quite amazing to get great core knowledge while doing my internship with phoenix . I got selected, after an interview and i did internship for 45 days . The mentor was the project manager himself who was my college passout of 1983 batch of JNTUH and guided us in each and every aspect . The company's working environment is very good according to me and also stated by employees working over there . So overall it is an excellent company to work with , where you get great knowledge , skills and experience . I'm very greatfull to be a part of company .
