I bought a flat in Puneville Pharande in Punawale year 2019. I was so excited when I bought my first home but my experience with the Punevile post-sales team is pathetic, they only talk to you over the phone / make false promises and never reply on emails.

I am ready for possession however Puneville is not providing me with OC / Receipt of OC which they applied in RERA or any email communication that they will provide OC by so-so time. My flat is ready for the last 6 months. Over the phone, they are saying to accept flat own-you terms by sending an email that I am ready for possession without OC & pay the amount as my own contribution.

At woodsville project the CRM has no sense to talk with a lady customer. CRM uses abuse language with customer. CRM is very arrogant to the customer. CRM don't know about the project. He only goes on asking for money even after the payment done.

These builders have the worst customer service working for them! They have no knowledge about technical stuff and I felt that I made a huge mistake after investing in their project after talking to their customer service!

Their sales team makes a lot of false promises! They do not know about their original flats configuration and they do not know about their project well and once you book a flat with them; they are not going to respond to your queries!

They place quite a lot of restrictions and limitations on us because of which we are not able to do the things that we would like to do in our own house, which is quite terrible.

The social infrastructure is very strong. The Physical infrastructure such as connecting roads are very expensive. This further adds on to commute and transport facility which is not a great deal. Hence people don’t prefer to buy property in this area.

The area where this house is build is not a good area! There is so much noise pollution in this place it is unbearable! It gets difficult to sleep at night as well! I wish I had not brough the flat!

The location is not near to any central hub that could easily facilitate people to urge into investment in these projects. The connectivity to even the nearby metro station is situated in a far away location that is generally not suited for establishing an immediate credibility.

The area in which this property is built is no good at all and you will have to travel for miles to get some good transportation and that is a huge problem here.

The location is good but builder approach towards customers are not good. Water shortages are there in the society.

Fire fighting system is not ready and builder has given possession to the flats owners. Builder is not fulfilling his commitments, very small indoor & gym has provided for overall projects.

I am certified buyer who booked flat in 2014 1qtr and was promised possession in 2017 1qtr. Till date no possession date no one to provide any update. Worst of all already paid 95% plus advance maintenance charges . need further detail drop me email at Tanwarpt06@gmail.com

the original team members have left your project and CRM team are not answering any calls or ready to give status on project. Puneville team gives baseless reason like demonetisation or monsoon or some other but how come you have lunched PH2 where your Ph 1 delayed for a year. On top punevillw team has conveniently put Ph1 dates as 2020 in RERA where the project was started long time before the new law came in effect.

Contruction in Spine City Bhosari. Fully amanityis flate and row house.

Swimmingpool Gym Play ground jogging ground one of best place in pimprichicwad.

Contruction is goin on phase one is complete second is goin on.

Internal road are great with cleaniness flate are avaliable in Cheap rate. Over all great Builder on time passition. You will get nice treatment from this bilder project you will feel like high socity

Awesome project.Awesome location.Great Amenities.

The builder has used ultra modern technology to build the building. The project 1 km inside the main road of waked which connects to the Mumbai - Pune expressway. Also, the internal roads of this part of the city found to be wide.

Lot of other projects coming up near the vicinity.

Phase -1 is in progress. Hope it will get delivered on time without delays.

They are simply idiots and worst people I have seen. They make sample flat good and real flats too bad. Once you engaged with them they will ruin you and your hard earned money.

As a employee they are even much worse. You won't get salary, on senior management they often hire some cheap people who does not know anything about the department/work and they come up so called very innovative ideas. When your life is messed up and you will try to quit.

They will not give you salary

No leaves

No Holidays

Treat employees as slave

No scope of learn and grow

Only dirty politics

Just be careful with this builder. The design of Woodsville Phase 1 buildings are not so good for buyer. Please visit any first floor flats, all first floor balconies are well connected within each 1st floor flats of building. That means anybody can walk and may appear in front of the balcony, kitchen window, and even bed room windows!!!!

After asking people, came to know that the, this was not planned earlier, builder made this connection to have more parking space by ruining the balconies and its usefulness. That means to get more income from parking space, safety of people compromised.

Please visit Woods Ville phase 1 first floors before going with buying.

The location is supereb, will develop this area in future. The L Axis project is good but the handlers are not so good. I have inquired there for 3 BHK flat for which they have quoted some extra ordinary rate of Rs 5000/ Sq ft where the actual rate is Rs 3800.

The sales staff sitting on the sites are really a fundoo guys, don't know the specification also. Mind SBI is not giving loan on this property & its 99 years lease property.
