The internal communication within their teams is severely lacking, leading to contradictory information provided by different team members. To put it bluntly, your concerns will be utterly disregarded once you've made the initial payment or booked a flat. Additionally, the insistence on obtaining a loan exclusively from Easy Loan raises suspicions of its legitimacy. It's worth noting that even in comparison to other projects with smaller carpet areas, the livable space in Megapolis is disappointingly lacking. If you're drawn to Megapolis in hopes of a larger carpet area, I caution you against falling into this trap; it's more fitting to call it a scam.
