Rera disapproved twice

Review on Pavani Sarovar, Whitefield, Bangalore

Had booked initially for Pavani sarovar phase 2.with documents when checked it had many issues like parking not mentioned road design and amenities common to phase 1.then came to know from lawyer for cases against the group and many frauds done.also the behaviour wise they are unprofessional which you would know once you ask to give your booking amount back.they will also assure you to give the ?? percent money back and agreement paper but you won't get any.the worst and fake builder in Bangalore running in name of Hyderabad builders.beware.quality and all are not upto level but they cover up nicely at end.
