Pavani Sarovar is simply the kind of Flats I was looking for. The rooms are spacious with appropriate ventilation. What else I needed? In kitchen they have placed granite platforms, which is simply wonderful and luxurious. Loving my new home to the core!

Had booked initially for Pavani sarovar phase 2.with documents when checked it had many issues like parking not mentioned road design and amenities common to phase 1.then came to know from lawyer for cases against the group and many frauds done.also the behaviour wise they are unprofessional which you would know once you ask to give your booking amount back.they will also assure you to give the ?? percent money back and agreement paper but you won't get any.the worst and fake builder in Bangalore running in name of Hyderabad builders.beware.quality and all are not upto level but they cover up nicely at end.

I invested all my savings in buying my home, indeed one of the best decision of my life. Pavani Divine Apartments are not just beautiful to look at but is intelligently designed with ample sunlight, modern amenities there to. I was very happy with pavani group and their service.

My own house dream fullfilled with Pavani Sarovar. They are very good at serving to the customers. I got my home delivered on time with no extra cost. They also invovle me in every aspect of my home constuction and ask my opinion before choosing the paint colors for rooms which I really appreciate.
