It has been a really very pathetic experience with this builder.

They keep on delaying the property possession date,

Same amount invested here would have given a higher return if the amount would have been deposited in a bank

SMONDO sales team is simply cheating the customers. All the numbers they tell to customers are wrong. In documents you will see different numbers.

I have booked 2.5 BHK in 2012, Patel reality group promise with me that it will be delivered by 2016, but if you see there progress it look like they can deliver by 2019.

Construction: Come to construction, they have changed multiple item with out informing to owner like.



  • As per agreement and initial discussion Swimming pool and Club house was part of service apartment block they have moved to children park area, now very less space and children park



  • Without informing to us they started construction another 4 story that cause delay in project and UDS share also reduce for all the owner.



  • To discuss the matter they have maintain only one guy(Puppet)in Hyderabad without any authority and builder is sitting in Mumbai
