Lived here for 1 year and vacated in May 2023.

The building seems more than 15 years old and construction quality has degraded. Exterior paint is very depressing. The reception area of A & B block stinks always. No play area for youngsters and adults. Amenities are there but none of them are properly functional. The gym is for name sake and has equipment which is either broken or dangerous to be used. The same is the case with the game room also. The swimming pool for 8 months out of 12 is under some maintenance because of leakage or some issues.

The balconies are small and are of no use. Also the garbage disposal is a big time headache. Transportation is a big time hassle as there is no bus stand near this place. Auto guys are bullies and most of them threaten to pay extra when they come near bro town. After 7 the area after Prestige to Neo Town is pitch dark as there are street lights which are not functional at all. Not safe for women at all. Bad roads with potholes & speed breakers which hit your car no matter how slowly you take it. For everything you have to go to Neeladiri road. If you don't have your own 2/4 wheeler vehicle I would not recommend this place because after 8 Pm it's impossible to get autos and cabs. Even during peak hours me and my family have gotten numerous cancellations from OLA, Rapido guys. Always plan 2 hours before leaving this place to reach somewhere on time as you never know what you are going to experience!

Society management is very horrible and please note garbage disposal is a real issue! The entire building stinks and if you use garbase bag in dustbin - you would be fined heavily.
