Worst project in Greater Noida West

Review on Patel Neo Town, Noida Extension, Greater Noida

Worst project of Noida Extension. I had bought flat in 2010 and paid 95% of total amount. Currently no facilities developed by builder.

More than 250 buyers file complainant in NCDRC, more than 150 buyers file complaint in RERA and more than 100 buyers file complaint in EOW against builder . Buyers have written to PM/CM over twitter as well but no response from them . More than 1600 buyers are stuck in this project from 2010 .

Project has more than 3100 flats and builder has completed 400 flats in 12 years and no facilities are there.

Before going to buy please do the market analysis . There is no hope for completion of this project. Save your hard money by not investing there
