Possession not given, adding interest

Review on Pashmina Lagoon Residences, Budigere, Bangalore

This builder known Pashmina brookewoods, promised to adjust the balance amount during possession with interest accumulated paid by buyer on behalf of builder to bank(11+% charged by bank). But now they are just sending reminder to pay balance amount with out giving possession or keeping the commitment as promised earlier. The site is not in livable conditions, NO finishing, dusty in all floors - difficult to inhale the air. Lifts are not in proper working condition. I doubt there is emergency service provided in case elderly needs help.

I have been waiting from 2014 for this flat to be ready.
