The construction quality is so bad that you will find your ceiling cracking in multiple rooms after some time of living here.

They did not handover the house in the time that was promised and they did not even pay the monthly penalty that you are supposed to pay if you do not handover in time!
Poor market forecasting

The builders have been unable to leverage the use of active insights so as to forecast a proper land area that can be actively converted into commercial projects and that has led to leaving the current land area into barren unproductive use. This is not the most suited case.

If you see the property from inside you will come to know how bad the construction quality if because there are cracks in the ceiling and the fittings are also not good.

It has been quite a common concern that many of the real estate flats are not been sold to common man since many of the builders have been courting NRI investors in UK and US. This leads to many of the properties and flats been sold to non residentials.
Overcharging The Buyers

These builders cancelled our bookings so that they could sell the houses at a higher rate to new buyers! Do not buy from them! They are overcharging for their apartments for no reason because the construction quality is poor and the amenties are also not up to the mark!
