Check all MahaRERA complaints before investing

Just check the RERA complaints against this project on MahaRERA website and the orders passed by RERA authorities before making any investment decision.

All the orders passed by the RERA authorities till date are against the developer and in favour of innocent buyers.

This project is already delayed a lot and people who have booked earlier were regretting(as heard from some of them).

Below were some of the type of complaints filed with RERA till date.

1. Builder obtained more than 10% from 2 buyers and then demanded more money from 1 before executing the agreement and later cancelled the booking himself and claimed interest and cancellation charges. Such demand was mentioned to be Illegal by RERA in one of the orders.

   
   




2. Builder sold one of the flats from above to another buyer without proper cancellation and refund to the previous buyer resulting in booking and amounts taken from 2 buyers on the same flat.

   
   




3. All other complaints are related to withdrawal from project for delay or payment of interest for delay.

   
   

The RERA authorities issued orders in favour of buyers in all the above complaints and also issued recovery warrants for some of the buyers.

Some other old customers have also have filed RERA complaints which were still to be heard(as heard from some of them)

It was also heard(not sure and needs to be confirmed) that builder takes advance from customers under a scheme saying that they can save GST by registering after possession, but by doing so those monies may be getting diverted for other own purposes or non project purposes. This may be a reason for delay or may endanger the project completion.
