Beware!

Vague commitments of expected possession. Price quoted is low and so people get lured. Many are invested since years and project is still not finished even after multiple extensions given by RERA. Project original timeline was 2016, later extended to 2018, then 2019, then April 2020, Oct 2020 and now July 2021, but project is still not finished and there is no visibility of end date. Have heard that refund cheque given to buyer ( after legal issue) is bounced and still not repaid. Also heard that the builder has taken bookings from 2 or more people on same flat. There were many RERA complaints made in 2020 and some of those are now visible on RERA website. It is imperative to do due diligence before investing and is always good to spend little extra and go for ready possession projects.
