Very happy with the project. Was available at fantastic rates when we had bought on launch and the pricing has appreciated considerably. Want to buy an additional apartment but nothing available, even on resale. Management very good at communication & helpful. Clean paperwork unlike many messy Hyderabad developers

Speak to Phase1 owners to know the real truth.

Please avoid investing in Phase2.
