Ozone Cheats

Ozone has taken advance from me for Apartment but has not started construction . Even the basement constructed by earlier developer is now demolished . there are about 40 allottees who have been helplessly waiting expecting refund with RERA prescribed interest which may come to around 55-60 crores . Some have filed cases in RERA .

Even Ozone Urbana , its a more or less similar aituation and the allottees have even filed Criminal Cases . All Ozone peojects seem to have been stalled and money seems to have been diverted from these projects to elsewhere .

There should be separate Act enacted to ensure such cheats are suitably punished and no innocent ciyizen is robbed of his/her hard earned income .

As on date looks like law is weak and favours such defaulters . Hope Modi jis Govt will address this issue urgently.
