Oyester Homes-Fraudalent Company with poor ethics

Review on Oyester Mullaivanam, Thirumullaivoyal, Chennai

This is in reference to my experience with Oyester Homes, Chennai. They are builders cum promoters based in Chennai.

I am posting this again so that everybody who are the first buyers of flats see this review and take wise decision before investing your hard earned money.

The quality of construction is poor. everywhere the water is seeping out.

In February 2014 I got the flat from the builder and within 3 months of time the ceiling plaster fell off causing a near miss. In the photos section you can see the extent of damage to my flat.

The incident happened in the morning time and luckily nobody was there inside the house otherwise surely it would have caused serious injury and even casualty.

I called immediately the builder Mr. Balasundaram and accepted his fault. He saw the incident site and said that it has been his fault and he promised to pay the compensation to me.

But till today he has not paid me even a single rupee.

This builder is no. 1 fraud and I would suggest the new home buyers not to fall into trap of such fraudulent people.

I have filed the case and the case is pending for trial in the court.
