Construction quality is very bad. bathroom walls got leakage after 4th year and when we requested builder to look in to it if asked for extra money, but it suppose to be under warranty. Parking has issues, parking and taking car out is very big problem.

Looks like consultation has been done someone who dont have any practical knowledge(Fresher Did a job).

Builder Not recommended a big no.
Need to implement effective healthcare facilities

As compared to taking construction loans for commercial purposes from the bank, many of the builders prefer to simply delay the project and possibly head towards cutting down on the labour resources. Since this seems to be a cheaper option for them. High interest rates is one of the problems the builders are actively facing.

There have not been many portfolio build ups for all those who have invested in the projects that are built up on this area. The prices of most of the properties have remained steady and as a result there is no future of growth or increased value in the investment of the current properties.
