Unsatisfactory work at their sites

Review on OSB Expressway Towers, Sector 37D, Gurgaon

OSB Builder is only inaugurating new projects on different places, but not a single project is completed in Gurgaon, Haryana. OSB project work at Dwarka Expressway started in 2017 but still less than 50% work has been completed. The Bank inspection department sent us a notice about unsatisfactory work progress at the sites and they will not release further due instalment until receipt of Completion Certificate or the Occupancy Certificate, whereas on the other hand builder is threatening for cancellation of flat and imposition of penalty on buyers. The construction work has been totally stopped since 4 months and in some of the tower construction work has been stopped since more than 1 year. Totally dissatisfactory work at their site.
