One of the worst builders in Bangalore. Don't go by the builder's goody nature, that is their selling strategy. These guys would behave too good to just sell their property and after occupation no matter whatever problem comes, they would not rectify & would neglect like anything. Marketing guys are the main culprit of the whole story. They know how to cheat customers because they are experts in doing it.
Opera homes/Opera Developers is doing Joint venture projects. Our apartment’s neighbor property is also owned by landlord, they put temporary grills on the common area of the apartment after they had received necessary approvals and flat occupants cannot use this section of area which belongs to the apartment. Landlord has done this violation from the approved project plan with the support of Opera builder/owner due to their monetary / non-monetary benefits. Please do not buy any property from Opera developers, if it is undergone joint venture because builder and landlord works together for cheating customers. It is too difficult for an individual to tackle both builder and landlords, if both joins and violates the rules. They are cheating people in many ways.
1) Construction quality is below than standard.
2) Very small car parking area slots as they wanted to increase the no: of slots and earn more money. Too difficult to park even hatchback cars
3) Pathetic Maintenance and high maintenance charge. They offer low maintenance charge while booking the flat. After booking/registration, they will increase it by telling many illogical reasons. Finally, it will be high when compared to other apartments in the locality.
4).No compound walls and gates
5).Very small play area, gym, party hall etc. .They construct all these just for the sake of adding number of amenities and attracting customers .All these facilities does not meets it purposes.
6).Violations from the approved project plan
Very bad experiences with Opera homes/Opera Developers, Bangalore.
