For renovation of our building we had given this builder the contract. This builder is very popular in our area. The contract charges were too high compared to other builders. The way he implemented the project was not that good. The work started seven years back and till now it haven't been completed yet. Also the number of workers working here are very less and little lazy. Also the builder don't visit the site regularly. The workers take holiday on every public holidays. We had complaint this to the builder but he keep on ignoring us. Also he began to talk rudely and told to give contract to other builder but the money will not be returned. We gave him many suggestions but they are of no use. The members of the building got frustrated up with this as the estimated time given was of maximum four years. There was a great delay. I suggest not to give contract to this builder because of their slow work.
