Omaxe forest built in 2004. This project has seepage problems being too old now.Too much of plumbing tile and maintenance work inside the flat. At some places, you will find outer facade falling or damaged. On the face of it may look maintained but it has a dead club house with no cafe, no restaurant, no grocery or daily needs shop. The flat owners are majorly of elder ages and has no fun factor for kids or youg generation. Monthly maintenance of flat is Rs 25000, verify it from maintainence office in detail.
