Never meet the commitments, we are facing so many issues since 4 years. All project supposed to complete in 5 years but only 3 building completed in 8 years. Not even delivered the basic amenities on time. We are continuously following up for all the basic thing since taken the possession .

Hello friends, today I tell you about your experience of Om Developers-Pune. Its customer service is very poor, it gives very little attention to its customers and does not give a map of houses according to their needs. It produces very low quality, and houses built by it have very few and lower materials.Its employees behave very far away with their customers, and do not paint the builders on their built houses and do not even fitting the lights properly in their buildings, and take a lot of time to build this building. So I recommend to all of you that you do not work from this builder and make a choice of some good builders and work with them and for your precious time Effective measures to save. Thank you.

Tropical palms wakad - check the floor plan. deputy engineer sign is missing in floor plan true copy . only architect sign is there.

it seems old plan is approved by pcmc not the new plan. please check once and go for sbi and lic only .

atleast for verification of documents

floor plan must have all the signature . deputy engineer+ architect.

architect will create the floor plan and sign it . after that he will submit the plan to pcmc and then pcmc engineer will approve it and sign it.

Currently I am residing in The Island.wakad pune. Its a three bhk spacious flat.it has high class amenities like

Accupressure track.

Swimming pool

Light house

N many more.

Like its name its totally  developed as an island.

Giving its priority to its residents bachelors are not allowed to reside here as tenant.

Also the security here is too good.

Covered parking are also good.

I would suggest people to go with Om builders.

I am living in a building in Pune, developed by OM developers. And I am completely unsatisfied with their construction quality. Construction quality is really worst. low quality switches & taps, cracks in walls, broken commode etc. See some pictures of my flat here: https://article-stack.com/discussion-2/om-developers-pune.amty

In addition, there is no one who listen and care of complaints. I am complaining about electrical switches, sink, water, and many things from last 1 year. But no one cares.
