I brought a flat in Diamond Tower, Olympia Opaline, Chennai. I am compelled to share my distressing experience with Olympia Group’s sales management, particularly concerning Mr. Srinath.
Upon purchasing my 1BHK unit, I was informed that parking was not available for such units. Trusting their word, I proceeded. Later, I recommended my sister to purchase another flat, with the understanding that owning two units would make us eligible for parking. However, just before registration, the management insisted that both flats be registered under a single name to qualify for parking—a condition not previously communicated.
Subsequently, I discovered that other customers who registered during the same period were granted parking under “special cases.” When I approached the sales office to request similar consideration, Mr. Srinath responded rudely and aggressively, stating: “Who gave you this information? Bring that customer and ask them to say it in front of me.” Such behavior is not only unprofessional but also deeply disrespectful.
Despite multiple emails to Olympia Group (including to sales@olympiagroup.in), I have received no response or resolution. This lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable.
I urge potential buyers to exercise caution when dealing with Olympia Group. Transparency, respect, and customer service are paramount in real estate dealings, and, unfortunately, my experience lacked all three.
Cons: Unprofessional staff behaviour, lack of transparency, poor customer service, and unfulfilled promises regarding amenities.
